About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Office (PMO) and support the execution of infrastructure initiatives within our properties in Próspera. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Head of PMO, assisting in tasks that range from small-scale infrastructure works to early-stage planning for future developments. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain broad exposure to project development and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of PMO in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Assist in managing small-scale infrastructure projects, including coordination of purchases, contractors, and site activities.

  • Help coordinate with external developers, including site selection and general project integration within Próspera.

  • Work with consultants on conceptual infrastructure design for the master plan and feasibility studies.

  • Organize and track topographic surveys, preliminary designs, and technical inputs.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations, RFPs, and procurement documents.

  • Contribute to budget estimates and preliminary feasibility analyses for potential projects.

  • Monitor project progress and follow up on deliverables.

Requirements

  • Background: Civil Engineer or Architect, with some experience in construction or infrastructure projects. (Not mandatory, but strongly preferred.)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Familiarity with feasibility studies, budgeting, or conceptual design processes is a plus.

  • Preference for candidates with AutoCAD skills to support design coordination and review.

  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish required; basic English as a minimum for general communication.

Contract & Growth

  • Initial contract up to 6 months, with possibility of extension based on project load and performance.
