We’re hiring a Finance Administrator (Bilingual EN/ES) to keep owner statements, maintenance billing, and vendor payments clean and on time. You’ll work in our property software (DoorLoop/Xledger) and make sure every work order is costed and billed correctly.
What you’ll do
Send clear, on-schedule owner statements (fees, reserves, payouts)
Turn work orders into invoices (labor, parts, markups, taxes; split owner/tenant/HOA)
Handle AP/AR, vendor onboarding, payment runs, and simple follow-ups
Reconcile bank/trust accounts; help with month-end close
Keep the system tidy (chart of accounts, items, tax codes) and improve little by little
What we’re looking for
Required:
Fluent English & Spanish
2–3+ years in property/maintenance/construction billing
Strong skills in Excel/Sheets
Detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines, friendly communicator
Preferred:
Experience with property management software (Doorloop)
Comfortable with accounting software (Xledger)
Where
Ideally based in or willing to move to Roatan, Honduras
