We're hiring for a Visitor Engagement Lead at Próspera! You can learn more about us at prospera.co/mission.

This role means being an on-site team member to welcome cruise ship visitors at the Pristine Bay Beach Club, introduce them to Próspera in a simple and compelling way, and help convert curiosity into leads and sales.

Responsibilities
• Greet and engage cruise ship visitors
• Explain Próspera's concept clearly and confidently (short, friendly "pitch")
• Guide visitors toward next steps (QR signup, tour interest, follow-up contact, real estate info, socials)
• Support the merchandise shop: product guidance, light sales support, restocking/basic upkeep
• Capture feedback and report what messaging/approaches work best
• Help optimize on-site marketing + conversion strategy (scripts, signage ideas, offers, flow)

Schedule
• on-site 6 days/week, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM (may change)
• remote as needed

Ideal Profile
• bilingual (english/spanish), outgoing, polished, proactive,
• marketing/sales mindset (likes talking to people + closing)
• reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced visitor environment

Compensation

•$1300-$1500 per month based on experience
